Be the first call on every new job in your area.

Every morning we email you the building permits filed the day before that matter to your trade: new homes, pools, additions, remodels, demolitions and commercial build-outs. Address, what the job is, and a link to the city record.

How it works

1. We pull every permit

Each morning we collect the building permits filed with the city and county, straight from the public records.

2. We sort it for your trade

A pool permit goes to fence, concrete and landscaping companies. A new home goes to fence, gutters, blinds and pools. Routine repairs are filtered out.

3. You get one email

Only new permits in your market and ZIP codes, and never the same job twice. Call before your competitors know it exists.

Questions

What's the difference from your public bid alerts?

Permits are private jobs that have already been filed with the city. Public bids are government jobs open for bidding.

Where does the data come from?

Public building permit records published by Shelby County / City of Memphis and Metro Nashville. We collect, clean and sort them so you don't have to.

Is this a lead-sharing service?

No. We don't sell homeowner contact info or shared leads. You get the public permit and the address; how you reach out is up to you.

How do I cancel?

Cancel or update your card on the billing page, or reply "cancel" to any email. Billing stops at the end of your current month. See the permit alert terms and refund policy.
