First Notice ("we", formerly West TN Bids) is operated by Walker Gorman in Jackson, Tennessee. We find public construction bid solicitations posted by government agencies in Tennessee, the Florida Panhandle, Dallas–Fort Worth and Georgia, and send bid details and links to the agency postings to contractors by email.

Plans and billing

First Notice membership: $99/month — new bids every morning for the regions we cover, direct agency links and the full member bid list.
Single bid packet: $49 one-time, only where offered for a specific bid.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Promotional first-month pricing applies only where stated and only to first-time customers.

About the information

Bid information comes from public agency sources. We are not affiliated with any government agency. Deadlines, addenda and requirements can change, so always confirm details with the issuing agency before bidding. We do not guarantee that any bid is complete, current or that you will win work.
